The Breathable Aqua is made for summer days where the trail meets water. The upper is open air mesh, so it breathes on a hot climb and dries quickly after a crossing instead of holding water for the rest of the walk. Underneath sits the paw outsole RAX is known for, a rubber sole whose sculpted pads bite into wet rock and soft ground.

Terrain and use
Summer hiking, fishing, stream crossings, wet rock and muddy paths. This is not a waterproof shoe, and that is deliberate. It sheds water and dries rather than trying to keep it out, which is the right trade when your feet are going to get wet anyway.
Care
Rinse off mud with clean water and air-dry away from direct heat. Keep it out of strong sun and away from radiators.
